ANGLE IRON TRUSSES

Our angle iron steel trusses are manufactured by certified welders and are engineered and stamped in Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Georgia. They feature a 90-mph wind load (IBC 2018 & 2021),105-mph design wind speed rating, a 20 PSF roof live load, and a 15 PSF ground snow load at 10-foot centers (2018 & 2021 IBC). We use either 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" or 2"x2" angles for both the top and bottom chords depending on the truss span with a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" angle for webbing.

Angle iron trusses are available in gable trusses up to 40' with custom-manufactured lengths up to 100', lean-to trusses up to 42' and header trusses up to 24'.

LEAN-TO TRUSSES

Lean-to trusses are mono-slope and are made standard at a 1:12 slope.

HEADER TRUSSES

Header trusses are used for achieving wider bay widths. You can use a header truss to achieve post-column spacing up to 24 feet.

GABLE TRUSSES

Gable trusses are manufactured at a standard 4:12 slope and are bolted together at the apex.
